Writer's block!

I'm on chapter 7, or rather I should say I've been on chapter 7 for about 2 weeks now and I'm stuck! I know where I want this chapter to go, but I just can't find the right flow :(

So what do I do when I'm at a standstill? I read! I just finished Clarity, book #2 in the Cursed Series by Claire Farrell and it was exactly what I needed! The stories in this series are fantastic!

In book one Verity, Perdy has been having dreams about the same thing for months now, dark chocolate brown eyes. The connection she feels to the owner of these eyes is unexplainable. After getting her father and gran to ease up on the rules a bit she's ready to see what life will be like. In walks the boy of her dreams, literally! Nathan and his dark brown eyes. She's seen those eyes, she knows them well and that unexplainable connection is definitely there, but is it there for him? One minute she's sure he does and then next he's running off with the school's #1 mean girl. After a night at a house party Nathan walks Perdy home and their lives are changed forever when a wolf attacks them. Of course that's not just any wolf, that's a werewolf and as it turns out Nathan and his family are a whole pack of werewolves! Get lost in an enrapturing tale of werewolves, a gypsy curse and young love.

Okay now I have to go get lost in chapter 7!

The plot I'm currently stirring...

Unexpectedly-on-Purpose

Set in Phoenix, AZ, Mary is a married, 28 year old wedding photographer who thinks she can live with the safe life she secured seven years ago when she married strait-laced, boy next door, Alex. What she didn't plan on was how lonely the safe side of the road can be. When she meets the new sexy, British photographer her boss just hired to be her partner Mary struggles with doing the right thing and doing what feels so right.

Along with her two best friends, Sarah, her rock and Jane, her voice of reason whether she wants it or not and a nosey "Miss Busy Body" Mary's roller-coaster journey is sometimes comical, touching, heart-wrenching and definitely salacious!

More to come...
